Checkin & Checkout
Standard check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. However, we know travel is not always easy and so we try our best to acommodate check in/out requests.
Cancellation Policy
We offer free cancellation up to 7 days prior to check in.

Our house rules are in place to protect you, ourselves and our neighbours.
Damage Deposits
We require a damage deposit for all stays. The value is dependent on the location. It is fully refundable within 72hrs of check out.

This Airbnb cottage in the Lake District exceeded expectations. The hot tub was a highlight, offering stunning views while relaxing. The cottage itself was cozy and well-equipped, perfect for our large group. Ideal location, only a 10 min run down to the beach in the mornings and short drive from the peaks. Zak also was super helpful and always on hand if we needed anything. The only suggestion is to visit a large shop before arriving as there are no nearby large stores.
we booked this house for a large group of friends for the weekend and it was perfect for us. The host was very quick to respond to my questions prior to our stay and was very friendly and helpful. The house was great with all amenities as listed and it felt more spacious than the pictures showed. We had a great weekend Thank you.

We had a fantastic stay. The house was beautiful and very clean and comfortable. We were welcomed in the kitchen with a bottle of wine and tea, various coffees and hot chocolate provisions too which was lovely.
It was perfect for our group. We all had plenty of space but also great communal areas to be together. The hot tub was wonderful. Zak was a great host and responded to any questions quickly and clearly. The house is located within easy driving distance of Frome, Glastonbury, Street, Wells and The Cheddar Gorge among other places. We would definitely stay again and 100% recommend to others.
Perfect place for an extended family to stay! Our group included grandparents and 6 & 4 year old. The accommodation suited everyone’s needs and enough space so no one was on top of each other.

The location was perfect, easily to walk into York with supermarkets nearby. The rose and crown were very accommodating with our groups dietary needs, would recommend.
