Perfect private location, not near any neighbours – some nice walks around the area, lots to do in the home (darts, pool table, games, hot tub etc) tidy and spacious with comfy beds – perfect for a stay away with friends
It is a beautiful house It was really cosy really convenient to the centre of town was really clean had everything in the house you could possibly need the games table and hot tub is the icing on the cake I would happily stay here again.
This was an absolute gem of a find to celebrate my 30th birthday!! The hosts for here were always on hand if we had any questions or needed help with something too.
We had an excellent stay at knoll view ranch . The place is huge , clean and beautiful. We stayed only for a night but we wished we stayed for more .

Every escape has a pool table, some have air hockey and table tennis to go with it!
Coffee Maker
We provide a Tassimo coffee machine and a selection of pods.
Checkin & Checkout
Standard check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. However, we know travel is not always easy and so we try our best to acommodate check in/out requests.
Cancellation Policy
We offer free cancellation up to 7 days prior to check in.
House Rules
Our house rules are in place to protect you, ourselves and our neighbours.
Damage Deposit
We require a damage deposit for all stays. The value is dependent on the location. It is fully refundable within 72hrs of check out.
